Sonvi Enterprises is seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele calling Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with potential customers, promoting company products and services, and contributing to overall business growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products and services.

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through tele calling and lead follow-ups.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

• Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team when required.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

• Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve basic concerns.

• Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.

• Prepare and submit reports on lead generation, conversions, and customer feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification: Diploma, Graduate, or equivalent.

• Experience: 6 months to 2 years in Tele calling, Telesales, Customer Service, or a similar role.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems is preferred.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and customer engagement.
