Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and acquire new customers for Personal Loans, Payday Loans, Business Loans, or other lending products.

• Contact potential customers through calls, emails, and follow-ups.

• Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.

• Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements.

• Assist customers in completing loan applications and document collection.

• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Underwriting teams for loan processing.

• Maintain regular follow-up with customers until loan disbursement.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and productivity goals.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Update customer information and sales activities in CRM systems.
  
  Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Loan Sales, BFSI, NBFC, Fintech, or Banking.

  • Good communication and convincing skills.

  • Knowledge of Personal Loans, Payday Loans, Business Loans, or Consumer Finance products.

  • Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling experience.

  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
