Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls for student admissions and educational services. The candidate will be responsible for explaining courses, generating leads, following up with students and parents, and converting inquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to students, parents, and prospective candidates.
Handle inbound admission and course inquiries professionally.
Explain course details, fees, benefits, and career opportunities.
Maintain daily call records and follow-up data.
Generate and convert leads into admissions.
Coordinate with counselors and admission teams.
Follow up on pending admissions and document collection.
Maintain proper communication and relationship with students and parents.
Achieve monthly admission and calling targets.
Required Skills
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of computer and MS Office.
Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets.
Polite and professional telephone etiquette.
Fluency in Hindi, English, and regional language preferred.
Qualification
Minimum HSC / Graduate preferred.
Experience in telecalling, customer service, or education sector preferred.
