About the Role
Blink Finance is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, generating business opportunities, and assisting clients with suitable financial and loan solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries, leads, and follow-ups effectively
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Generate business through calling, references, and client networking
Coordinate with Banks/NBFCs for smooth loan processing
Guide customers throughout the loan application process
Achieve monthly sales and business targets
Maintain daily MIS, reports, and client records
Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
Skills & Requirements
Strong communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of Banking and Financial products preferred
Good understanding of MS Excel and computer operations
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and enthusiastic attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
Prior experience in sales, finance, or telecalling will be an added advantage
Qualification
Graduate in any stream
Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
