Salary: ₹6,000 – ₹17,000 (In-hand) + Attractive Performance Incentives

Job Overview

As a Telecalling Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential clients, explaining our IT services, and converting prospects into customers. You will play an important role in expanding our client base and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate new business opportunities.

• Explain our IT services and understand customer requirements.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

• Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.

• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.

• Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.

• Conduct basic market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.

• Handle customer queries professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• Qualification: Below 10th / 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Graduate (All are welcome to apply)

• Experience: Fresher to 6 Months

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Internet).

• Ability to communicate confidently over phone.

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
