Job Description – Telecalling Executive

Position: Telecalling Executive

Department: Sales / Customer Support

Location: Office-based

Experience: 6mths –2 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to inform them about company services (AMC, Projects, IT Services, CCTV, Fire Alarm, etc.)

• Follow up on leads generated through marketing, references, or client databases

• Explain services clearly and address customer queries professionally

• Schedule meetings or site visits for the sales/technical team

• Maintain and update customer details, call records, and follow-up status in CRM or Excel

• Handle incoming calls and provide basic service-related information

• Coordinate with internal teams for lead status and client requirements

• Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead conversion targets

• Maintain proper call etiquette and ensure customer satisfaction

Skills & Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or regional language

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, calling software)

• Ability to convince and negotiate with customers

• Confident, polite, and customer-focused attitude

• Target-oriented and able to work under pressure

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate / HSC pass

• Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support is an advantage

Working Hours:

• from Monday to Saturday ( 9:30am To 6:30pm)
