Job Title: Team Leader – Sales

Location: G- 25 ,office no 306 3rd floor Sector 3, Noida (Near Noida Sector 15 Metro Station)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Experience: 3–7 years (Sales Team Handling)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader (Sales) to lead, motivate, and manage our sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a proven sales background, and the ability to achieve team targets while ensuring high productivity and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team.

Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and ensure their achievement.

Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.

Develop and implement sales strategies to improve conversions.

Conduct team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

Track sales reports and maintain accurate performance records.

Ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies.

Coordinate with management to achieve business growth objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).

3–7 years of experience in Sales, with team handling experience.

Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills.

Target-driven with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
