Supervisor

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Site Supervisor to oversee and manage day-to-day operations at our prefabricated steel construction sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring structural quality, maintaining timelines, managing on-site labor, and ensuring smooth assembly/installation of prefab and LGSF (Light Gauge Steel Framing) structures.

Key Responsibilities:

• On-Site Supervision: Oversee day-to-day assembly, erection, and installation of prefabricated steel structures/farmhouses.

• Labor & Vendor Management: Manage on-site fabrication teams, fitters, and laborers to ensure maximum productivity.

• Drawing Reading: Correctly read and execute structural fabrication drawings, foundation details, and architectural layouts.

• Material Tracking: Monitor material delivery on-site, verify quantities, check quality, and prevent any wastage or theft.

• Quality Control & Safety: Ensure that construction meets strict quality standards, insulation work is done correctly, and all safety protocols are followed by the workers.

• Reporting: Maintain a daily site progress report (DPR) and update the management regularly.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor (Experience in Prefabricated structures, LGSF, PEB, or Steel Infrastructure is highly preferred).

• Education: ITI, Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, or any graduate with relevant on-site experience.

• Skills:

  • Strong capability to read structural & fabrication drawings.

  • Excellent leadership and labor-handling skills.

  • Basic knowledge of insulation materials (glass wool, bubble insulation, etc.).

• Mobility: Must have a personal two-wheeler for easy site movement.
