Job Description: Club Manager – WTF Gyms (Witness the Fitness Private Limited)
Reporting To: Cluster Manager Location: Assigned Gym
Working Hours: 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM (Mon–Sat) | 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Sun)
Role Summary: The Club Manager operates as the mini-CEO of the gym, responsible for flawless daily operations, sales excellence, renewals, hygiene, staff management, and creating a high-energy fitness culture aligned with the WTF brand.---
1. Sales & Revenue Ownership - Achieve daily membership sales target of ■33,000 (approx. 7 sales/day). - Ensure personal training revenue of ■3–5L/month through strong PT upselling. - Maintain 50% All-Access Kit sales. - Monitor CRM entries, follow-ups, and closures with 100% real-time accuracy.
2. Renewals & Referrals - Maintain 90% renewal rate (50% advanced renewals). - Track renewal pipeline from 30 days prior to expiry. - Ensure 5 referrals per member within the first 30 days. - Collaborate with trainers for 20+ monthly member referrals. 3. Customer Onboarding & Engagement - Complete 100% onboarding within 24 hours. - Ensure: Fitness profiling + BCA within 48 hours, 3-day PT trial, trainer mapping within 24 hrs. - Track milestones: 15th check-in profiling review, 30th check-in BCA & renewal pitch.
4. Hospitality, Hygiene & Facility Management - Ensure gym is Instagram-ready daily. - Maintain lighting, ambience, maintenance, AC, music, and equipment uptime. - Resolve customer complaints within 2 hours.
5. Team Management & Training - Ensure proper roster for FD + trainers; zero understaffed days. - Conduct daily hurdle meets and huddles. - Weekly trainer coaching + daily FD sales drills. - Execute trainer PIP for underperformance.
6. Member Experience & VIP Culture - Track ratings, attendance, transformations. - Ensure 100% session ratings captured by trainers. - Trainers must post 3+ stories/week showcasing member engagement. - Build VIP experience for influencers, loyal members, and premium clients.
7. Escalation & Compliance - Resolve escalations within 24 hours. - Ensure zero unassigned members, zero delayed onboardings. - Maintain CRM + LMS compliance with daily closure logs.
8.
