About the job
Key Responsibilities:
1. Reach out to students, graduates, and tech aspirants to explain the benefits of Code Kivy's Python & Machine Learning programs.
2. Independently generate organic leads through social media, college groups, and personal networks (Note: Leads will not be provided by the company).
3. Secure a target of 25 to 30 successful student enrollments per batch (Course registration fee: 4,000).
4. Achieve the target-based performance metric of 25-30 enrollments to qualify for the full 20,000 monthly payout.
5. Guide prospective students through the onboarding process and counsel them regarding their career goals in AI.
Other requirements
1. Must be fluent in spoken Telugu (Candidates without Telugu speaking skills will not be evaluated).
2. Must be comfortable working in a 100% target-driven performance role.
3. Should be highly self-motivated with a strong personal network or strategy to drive sales independently.
4. Open to students, freshers, or graduates from any educational background who have strong communication skills.
Salary
Probation:
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹20,000 - 25,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,60,000 /year
