We are looking for a Stock Broker to join our team at at CapitalVia Fintech. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹16,000 - ₹45,000 and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct sales of demat accounts under the sub-broking partnership with Arihant Capital.
Generate revenue through brokerage and ensure consistent account activation.
Manage and encourage team to achieve targets (applicable for experienced hires).
Educate and guide clients on suitable investment opportunities and current market trends.
Handle and resolve customer's doubts and queries efficiently.

Skills Required:

Hands on knowledge of stock market operations & working.
Proactive sales mindset with the goal to achieve monthly targets
Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to market dynamics.
