Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Manager to drive lead generation and project sales through channel partners, real estate brokers, and property consultants.

The role will focus on building and expanding the broker network, generating quality leads, managing channel partner relationships, and supporting sales closures for an upcoming residential and commercial real estate project.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and manage real estate brokers, channel partners, and property consultants.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure a consistent flow of qualified leads.

• Generate and source property buyer leads through the broker network.

• Coordinate with the internal sales team for lead follow-ups, site visits, negotiations, and bookings.

• Expand the channel partner network across relevant Mumbai micro-markets.

• Track leads, site visits, conversions, and bookings using CRM or lead-tracking systems.

• Achieve channel sourcing targets and maintain regular performance reports.

• Conduct field visits and partner meetings to strengthen relationships and improve lead generation.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in real estate sourcing, channel sales, broker management, or channel partner development.

• Strong existing network of real estate brokers and channel partners in Mumbai preferred.

• Good understanding of Mumbai's residential real estate market and property sales processes.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship-management skills.

• Target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable with fieldwork and regular broker meetings.

• Ability to generate quality leads and coordinate effectively with the sales team to drive closures.
