We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and strategic Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our growth initiatives, expand our customer base, and strengthen our market presence.

The ideal candidate will be a confident leader with strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to deliver ambitious sales and revenue targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute effective sales & marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

• Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition and business development.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and business partners.

• Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team to achieve individual and organizational targets.

• Identify new markets, opportunities, and potential business partnerships.

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, events, and digital initiatives.

• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

• Manage the sales pipeline, follow-ups, negotiations, and conversions.

• Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, budgets, and performance updates for management.

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and excellent customer experience.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

• MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Sales will be an added advantage.

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.

• Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.

• Strong leadership, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.

• Excellent communication and strategic thinking abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/Sales Management tools.
