Job Summary:
The Site Executive is responsible for handling walk-in customers at the project site, explaining plot details, conducting site visits, and converting leads into sales. The role focuses on customer interaction, relationship building, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend walk-in customers and leads at the site
Explain project details (plot size, pricing, location benefits, approvals, etc.)
Conduct site visits and show available plots to customers
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
Follow up with interested leads to close sales
Maintain customer database and update CRM/reporting sheets
Coordinate with sales team and management for closures
Achieve monthly/weekly sales targets
Assist customers with booking and documentation process
Build strong customer relationships for referrals
Required Skills:
Strong communication and convincing skills
Sales and negotiation ability
Basic knowledge of real estate/plot sales (preferred)
Customer handling and relationship management

Qualifications:
Any graduate
0–3 years experience in real estate sales / field sales
Preferred Experience:
Experience in plot sales / land sales
Local language fluency (Tamil + basic English)
Knowledge of approvals (basic understanding)
Work Environment:
Site-based role (must be present at project location)
Require weekend working (peak customer visits)
