The ideal candidate should possess strong counselling abilities, excellent communication skills, and mandatory end-to-end operational experience in overseas education processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents regarding overseas education opportunities, universities, courses, and career pathways.

• Handle complete end-to-end overseas education operational processes including admissions, applications, documentation, and visa guidance.

• Assist students in selecting suitable study destinations based on academic profile and career goals.

• Maintain regular follow-up with prospective students and parents throughout the admission cycle.

• Coordinate with universities, internal teams, and external stakeholders for smooth processing of applications.

• Ensure achievement of admission and counselling targets within specified timelines.

• Provide accurate information regarding study abroad procedures, eligibility, and documentation requirements.

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with students and parents.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 2–8 years of relevant experience in Overseas Education Counselling.

• Mandatory experience in handling end-to-end overseas education operational processes.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and counselling skills.

• Strong ability to manage parent and student counselling professionally.

• Proficiency in multiple languages will be an added advantage.

• Target-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple student applications efficiently.

• Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of international admission and visa procedures.

• Strong coordination and relationship management abilities.

• Good problem-solving and organisational skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
