Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (depending on experience & capability)

Our product portfolio includes LED downlighters, profile lights, cove lights, track lights, decorative lights, façade lighting, landscape lighting, and outdoor lighting. Through our brands Halomax, Luemin, Infinityz, and Flua, we provide complete lighting solutions for luxury residences, apartments, hotels, resorts, offices, retail spaces, and commercial projects.

Job Overview

We are looking for a smart, confident, and customer-focused Female Showroom Manager to manage our Lighting Experience Centre at Chattarpur.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a lighting company, decorative lighting showroom, premium furniture showroom, luxury interior products, or home décor industry.

She will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, managing the showroom, coordinating with architects and interior designers, generating enquiries, and supporting the sales team in converting walk-in clients into business.

Key Responsibilities

Showroom Management

• Manage the daily operations of the Lighting Experience Centre.

• Ensure the showroom is clean, well-organized, and all displays are functioning properly.

• Maintain an excellent customer experience for every visitor.

Client Interaction

• Welcome architects, interior designers, builders, homeowners, and walk-in customers.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable lighting solutions.

• Explain our brands, products, premium projects, and lighting concepts professionally.

• Build strong relationships with architects and interior designers visiting the showroom.

Sales Support

• Assist the sales team in converting showroom enquiries into orders.

• Coordinate quotations, product selections, samples, and follow-ups.

• Maintain customer records and enquiry data in an organized manner.

• Follow up with prospective customers to increase conversions.

Coordination

• Coordinate with the design, sales, factory, and dispatch teams.

• Ensure timely communication with customers regarding quotations, deliveries, and project updates.

• Schedule appointments and showroom visits.

Administration

• Prepare daily and weekly showroom reports.

• Maintain visitor records and customer databases.

• Ensure all company processes and SOPs are followed.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Female candidate preferred.

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a lighting company, decorative lighting showroom, premium furniture company, modular kitchen company, luxury sanitaryware, tiles, home décor, or interior products industry.

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Smart, well-groomed, confident, and professional personality.

• Strong customer handling, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.

• Positive attitude with excellent planning and organizational abilities.

• Ability to multitask and solve customer queries efficiently.
