Position Summary
CITEC is seeking a dynamic, energetic, and result-oriented Sr Manager Inside Sales to lead front-line outreach and engagement for various government, trade, business, and investment initiatives.
The role requires making outbound calls, introducing CITEC's programs, identifying potential participants, generating interest, handling objections, nurturing relationships, scheduling meetings, and converting prospects into active participants, members, delegates, sponsors, or strategic partners.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to engage senior business leaders, entrepreneurs, government stakeholders, and institutional partners.
Key Responsibilities
Business Outreach & Cold Calling
Conduct daily outbound calls to prospective businesses, corporates, MSMEs, startups, exporters, importers, investors, industry leaders, and institutional stakeholders.
Introduce CITEC's initiatives and effectively communicate the value proposition.
Generate interest and identify potential opportunities for participation.
Engage decision-makers through professional and consultative conversations.
Handle objections confidently and build trust with prospective participants.
Maintain consistent follow-up until successful closure.
Lead Generation & Participant Mobilization
Generate participation and business interest for:
National and State Government Initiatives
International Trade Delegations
Investment Promotion Programs
Industry Conferences & Summits
Business Awards & Recognition Programs
Membership Drives
Buyer-Seller Meets
CEO Roundtables
International Business Partnerships
Export Promotion Missions
Skill Development & Capacity Building Programs
Business Networking Events
Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective participants.
Coordinate with senior business leaders and industry representatives.
Develop long-term engagement with members and stakeholders.
Represent CITEC professionally during all interactions.
Meeting Coordination
Schedule meetings for senior management with prospective partners and stakeholders.
Coordinate virtual and physical meetings.
Share presentations, proposals, brochures, and event information.
Ensure timely communication and follow-up before and after meetings.
Reporting
Prepare and submit:
Daily Calling Reports
Lead Status Reports
Weekly Progress Reports
Conversion Reports
Participation Reports
Follow-up Reports
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Daily outbound calling targets achieved.
Number of meaningful conversations conducted.

Compensation
Proposed Salary
1–5 Years Experience: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
5+ Years Experience: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month
