Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader to lead our Share Market Telesales team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in managing telesales executives, driving sales targets, and generating business through client interactions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead, manage, and motivate a team of telesales executives.

2. Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

3. Monitor team performance, call productivity, and conversion rates.

4. Provide regular training, coaching, and feedback to team members.

5. Guide executives on effective sales pitches and client handling.

6. Monitor daily calling reports and maintain team MIS.

7. Handle escalated customer queries and support the team in closing sales.

8. Develop strategies to improve lead conversion and overall team productivity.

9. Ensure professional communication and ethical sales practices.

10. Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in telesales.

• Prior experience as a Team Leader or Senior Telesales Executive preferred.

• Knowledge of the stock market, equity, trading, and financial products.

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

• Target-oriented with a focus on sales performance.

• Good knowledge of Excel and daily MIS reporting.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Monthly revenue and sales targets.

• Team conversion ratio.

• Daily call productivity.

• Lead follow-up and closure rate.

• Individual and overall team performance.
