Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Service Advisor to manage front-desk operations at our auto care center. The candidate will handle customer inquiries, explain vehicle service requirements, prepare estimates, coordinate with technicians, and ensure smooth customer service and sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand vehicle issues/service needs
Explain repair and maintenance services clearly to customers
Prepare job cards, service estimates
Coordinate with technicians for vehicle inspection and repair updates
Recommend additional services, accessories, or maintenance packages
Follow up with customers regarding approvals and delivery timelines
Maintain lead records and service history
Handle billing, payments, and basic store sales activities
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve basic complaints professionally
Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of front office/service desk
