Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities through calls, and other lead generation platforms.
Connect with prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
Pitch the company's e-commerce solutions and convert leads into customers.
Onboard seller accounts on e-commerce portal.
Follow up with potential clients and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Maintain CRM records and update sales activities regularly.
Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
Stay updated on e-commerce market trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Basic understanding of e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, etc.).
Good presentation and relationship-building skills.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in telesales, inside sales, or B2B sales.
Ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously.
