Responsible for driving store/B2C sales, generating B2B business through calling, maintaining customer relationships, managing pre- and post-sales activities, and creating marketing content/videos to support sales.

Key Responsibilities:

B2C / Store Sales

Handle walk-in customers and enquiries at the store.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into sales.

B2B Sales & Calling

Make regular calls to workshops, dealers, distributors and other B2B customers.

Generate new leads and develop new business opportunities.

Maintain a systematic database of B2B prospects and customers.

Follow up on quotations, enquiries and pending orders.

Customer Relationship Management

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

Regularly communicate with customers regarding products, offers and new launches.

Identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling.

Pre & Post-Sales Support

Handle customers from initial enquiry until order completion.

Coordinate with internal teams for billing, dispatch, installation/service and delivery.

Resolve customer concerns and ensure proper post-sales follow-up.

Marketing & Social Media

Create short product/marketing videos and reels for Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp.

Demonstrate product features, applications and benefits.

Support the company’s digital marketing activities with regular content.

Reporting & Coordination

Maintain daily calling and sales reports.

Track leads, conversions, follow-ups and pending payments/orders.

Coordinate with management, warehouse and sales teams.

Ideal Candidate:

3–5 years of experience in automobile, car accessories, PPF, detailing, banking or related sales.

Strong communication and convincing skills.

Comfortable with both B2B calling and B2C face-to-face sales.

Good knowledge of WhatsApp, Instagram and basic digital marketing.

Should be comfortable appearing in or making product videos.

Target-oriented, energetic and good at customer relationship management.
