Job Title: Senior Sales Executive (Female) – Real Estate
Company: NM Group
Location: Yashwant Niwas Road

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Senior Sales Executive (Female) who will be responsible for handling both in-house sales and site visits, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle walk-in clients and generate sales from the office
Conduct site visits with potential customers
Present and explain real estate projects, pricing, and offers
Manage leads, follow-ups, and conversions
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with marketing and management teams
Maintain accurate sales reports and customer data

Requirements:

Female candidate with 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confident in handling clients independently
Willingness to travel for site visits
Presentable and professional personality
Ability to work on weekends (weekly off on a weekday)
