Key Responsibilities
• Handle walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, and online inquiries
• Counsel students on courses, curriculum, certifications, and career paths
• Convert qualified leads into enrollments
• Maintain follow-ups and manage the admissions pipeline
• Explain fee structures, batch schedules, and policies clearly
• Coordinate with faculty and operations teams for smooth onboarding
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and payments
• Participate in open houses, workshops, and promotional events
