Job Summary

Way for Global is seeking an experienced and motivated Academic Counsellor to guide students in choosing the right international education (mbbs and pilot training) opportunities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent counselling and communication skills, understand students' academic and career aspirations, and be able to convert inquiries into successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents regarding international education programs and study abroad opportunities.

• Assess students' academic profiles and recommend suitable universities and courses.

• Handle student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.

• Guide students through the admission process, documentation, and application procedures.

• Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure timely conversions.

• Update and manage all student interactions in the CRM.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission experience.

• Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree is an advantage).

• 2+ years of experience in academic counselling, study abroad counselling, admissions, or EdTech sales.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong counselling, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

• Target-driven, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
