📍 Location: Wagle Estate, Thane, Maharashtra — Work From Office
🕘 Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
📅 Working Days: 6 Days a Week
💰 Net Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000/month
🎯 Incentives: Earn ₹10,000+ extra based on performance

💼 About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, confident and target-oriented Sales Telecaller who can connect with potential clients, generate leads and convert interested prospects into customers.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients

• Generate and qualify sales leads

• Explain OneTimeX products and services to clients

• Handle basic client queries professionally

• Follow up regularly with interested leads

• Convince and convert potential clients

• Maintain daily call and lead records

• Update leads and follow-ups in Excel / CRM

• Coordinate with the team for qualified leads

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

🧠 Skills Required

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Cold Calling & Lead Generation

• Basic computer knowledge

• MS Excel / Google Sheets

• Confident and energetic personality

• Strong follow-up skills

• Target-oriented mindset

• Willingness to learn

• Ability to handle rejection and keep following up

🎓 Eligibility

• 12th Pass and above

• 6 months – 6+ years of experience in Sales / Pre-sales / Telecalling

• Candidates with strong communication and sales skills will be preferred

💰 Salary & Incentives

Net Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000/month

🎯 Performance-based incentives: ₹10,000+ extra/month

With good performance, your total monthly earning can reach ₹25,000+.

Salary will depend on experience, communication skills, sales ability and interview performance.
