About Invest Mango
Invest Mango is a fast-growing real estate consulting firm in Noida. We are looking for an experienced, target-driven Team Leader – Sales to lead our real estate sales team and drive business growth.
Role: Team Leader – Sales
Department: Sales / Business Development
Location: Noida (Work from Office)
Experience: 3 – 8 Years (Real Estate Sales & Team Handling mandatory)
Salary: Best in Industry + Attractive Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, site visits, client negotiations, and closing deals.
• Develop sales strategies, track team performance, and manage the sales pipeline.
• Prepare daily/weekly MIS sales reports for management review.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Pre-Sales, and CRM teams to optimize lead conversions.
• Stay updated on Noida real estate market trends and competitor activities.
Candidate Requirements:
• Proven track record in Real Estate Sales with mandatory Team Handling experience.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
• Deep understanding of the Noida real estate market (preferred).
• Result-oriented mindset with the ability to perform under target pressure.
