Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Sales Representative with strong technical understanding of Surgical Instruments & Equipment's . The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing , sales & service of Surgical instrument's & Equipment's while maintaining long-term relationships with hospitals and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell surgical instruments, and medical equipment to hospitals and healthcare professionals.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, biomedical engineers, purchase departments, and hospital administrators.

• Demonstrate product features, technical specifications, and clinical applications to customers.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Conduct market analysis and identify new business opportunities.

• Coordinate with service and technical teams for installations, demos, and after-sales support.

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in biomedical or medical device sales.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Willingness to travel as required for sales activities.

• Self-motivated with a professional and target-oriented approach.

Preferred (Bonus) Skills

• Prior experience working with surgical instruments and hospital-grade devices.

• Technical background in biomedical engineering or related field.
