Job Title: Sales Manager - Real Estate

Job Description:

• Build in-depth product knowledge and communicate to customers effectively

• Hosting and Meeting Clients and giving sales presentations and property orientation about the development

• Win Negotiations and Close Deals within specified TATS

• Facilitating and driving revisits and resolving customer queries leading to deal closures end to end

• Maintain Good client follow up and increase buying conversion ratios

• Meeting Revenue targets measurable monthly, quarterly and annually

• Maintain and Develop relationships with Channel Partners to grow the site business

• Activate all other channels as per company requirements to build on the network thereby to increase business

• Maintain required number of calls and market visits as required from time to time

• Gather and keep abreast all competitive information and have good understanding of the micro market and regular competition mapping

• Follow all systems and processes rigorously as defined in company norms

• Ensure happy customers to increase cross sell

• Take initiatives to meet individual sales targets
