Sales Operator

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate with pharma companies and suppliers for medicine purchases.

• Generate, process, and manage Purchase Orders (POs).

• Monitor inventory and ensure timely stock replenishment.

• Negotiate with vendors for pricing, discounts, and delivery timelines.

• Verify incoming stock for quantity, batch number, expiry date, and quality.

• Maintain accurate purchase, inventory, and vendor records.

• Coordinate with the Sales & Operations team to understand product demand.

• Support day-to-day warehouse sales and operations.

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with applicable pharmaceutical standards and guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

• Pharma industry experience is mandatory.

• Experience in pharmaceutical sales, distribution, purchase, or warehouse operations preferred.

• Good knowledge of medicines, pharma products, inventory, and suppliers.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records.

• Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
