Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales & marketing team.

• Set targets, assign tasks, and track team performance.

• Coordinate daily and weekly sales activities and follow‑ups.

• Monitor lead pipelines and ensure effective lead conversion.

• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.

• Maintain and improve sales processes and customer engagement strategies.

• Prepare reports on targets, results, and team progress for management.

• Resolve team issues and support cross‑department coordination.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or team supervision.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

• Ability to drive results and manage a high‑performing team.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting preferred.
