CRAFTSMEN is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Sales & Marketing Interns to join our team. The role provides hands-on exposure to sales, marketing, lead generation, networking, and business development.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify upcoming residential and commercial projects in the assigned location.

• Connect with project heads, handover teams, society managers, and facility management teams.

• Conduct field visits and market research to identify potential business opportunities.

• Generate, identify, and qualify business leads.

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with potential clients and stakeholders.

• Assist in pitching products/services to prospective clients.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and prospects.

• Maintain records of leads, meetings, and follow-up activities.

• Support the sales and marketing team in achieving business development objectives.

• Explore new opportunities and contribute to expanding the company's network.

Candidate Requirements

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree.

• Students from Sales & Marketing, Business, Management, Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Law, and other disciplines are welcome.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confident and comfortable interacting with new people.

• Willingness to work in the field and travel within the assigned location.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.

• Ability to manage internship responsibilities alongside academic studies.

• Freshers and candidates without prior sales experience are welcome.
