We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team at at Words Lead (opc) Private Limited. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform email marketing (Basic sending emails, follow-ups)
· Handle call marketing (calling leads, explaining courses, converting inquiries)
· Generate and manage student leads
· Promote courses via social media platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.)
· Respond to student queries in a professional and timely manner
· Maintain proper follow-up and update lead status
· Work with the team to improve marketing and conversion strategies
Required Skills :
• Good communication skills (Hindi + Basic English)
• Basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Office, Internet usage)
• Basic understanding of email marketing & calling process
• Basic knowledge of AI tools (like ChatGPT or similar tools)
• Ability to convince and communicate with students confidently
• Interest in sales & marketing activities
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and candidate must be a fresher. Applicants should have strong negotiation skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
