Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition: Generate leads via cold calls, networking, and events; identify new business prospects.
Sales Process: Present & demonstrate products, understand customer needs, prepare quotes/proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
Customer Relationship Management: Act as a key contact, provide support, handle inquiries/complaints, and ensure repeat business.
Strategy & Reporting: Develop sales strategies, analyze market data, update CRM, and report on performance against targets.
Internal Collaboration: Liaise with marketing, product, and shipping teams for smooth operations and product improvements.
