Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Inside Sales Executive to handle inbound leads generated through Google Ads, website, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and follow-up skills to convert enquiries into business.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer enquiries and respond promptly.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Prepare and share quotations.
Follow up regularly to convert leads into orders.
Coordinate with internal teams for order execution.
Maintain lead data and daily sales updates.
Achieve monthly sales targets.

Required Skills

Good communication and negotiation skills.
Strong follow-up and customer relationship management.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
Experience in B2B or industrial product sales is preferred.
