•About the Role•

We are hiring for Sales Associates to drive business acquisition and onboarding for Impexviaa, a global B2B trade marketplace connecting importers, exporters, manufacturers, and suppliers worldwide.

Role Overview

This is a target-driven, remote sales role focused on acquiring and onboarding businesses onto the Impexviaa platform, with earning potential tied directly to performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential buyers, suppliers, and trade partners globally

• Pitch and onboard new businesses onto the Impexviaa platform (Basic / Standard / Premium seller plans)

• Guide clients through platform features (supplier discovery, verification, AI trade assistance)

• Build and maintain client relationships to drive retention and repeat engagement

• Meet assigned monthly sales/onboarding targets

• Coordinate with operations/support teams for smooth client handoff

Requirements

• Prior experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles (B2B preferred)

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated, comfortable with a performance-driven, target-based structure

• Familiarity with international trade concepts a plus (not mandatory)

Compensation Structure

This is a target-driven role with a performance-linked earning structure.

• Month 1: Commission-only — 3% on every completed deal, uncapped earning potential

• Month 2 onward: Fixed monthly salary of up to ₹45,000 (determined by Month 1 performance against assigned targets), plus flat commission per deal closed:

• Basic plan sold: $25

• Standard plan sold: $50

• Premium plan sold: $75
