Position: Reservation Executive
Industry: Resort / Hospitality
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month
Experience: Relevant Resort/Hotel Reservation experience is mandatory
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Reservation Executive with hands-on experience in resort/hotel reservations.
Key Responsibilities
Handle room reservation inquiries through calls, emails and online channels.
Manage new bookings, cancellations, amendments and confirmations.
Coordinate with guests regarding room availability, rates and booking details.
Maintain accurate reservation records and update the reservation system.
Coordinate with Front Office and other departments for smooth guest arrivals.
Handle guest queries related specifically to reservations.
Follow up on tentative bookings and convert inquiries into confirmed reservations.
Ensure accurate booking details, payment information and guest preferences.
Maintain occupancy and reservation-related reports.
Candidate Requirements
Relevant Resort/Hotel Reservation experience is mandatory.
Candidates must have hands-on experience specifically in Reservations.
Good communication and guest-handling skills.
Knowledge of hotel/resort reservation procedures and systems.
Candidates from general sales backgrounds without reservation experience will not be considered.
Salary
₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month, depending on relevant experience.
