Urgent Hiring for Business Development / Sales Managers
Sales Type - IT Product Sales (B2B)
Field Visits required on regular basis. Those who are ok with Field sales, MUST ONLY APPLY.
Experience: 2+ yrs
Work Schedule: 6 Days Working (2nd Saturday Off & All Sundays Off)
Work Locations- Noida, Sector 63
Salary - upto 7 lpa (as per communication skills & exp)
Job Responsibilities:
• Meet lawyers and law firms to demonstrate our AI-powered Legal Tech solution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and client meetings.
• Follow up with prospects and ensure timely conversion into paid customers.
• Manage both inside sales and field sales activities.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain CRM records.
• Represent the company professionally during client interactions.
Preferred Candidate Profile
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated with a customer-first approach. • Comfortable with field sales and travelling for client meetings.
