Operations Manager – NDS Security Services

About the Role

NDS Security Services is looking for an experienced and responsible Operations Manager to manage day-to-day security operations, supervise field staff, maintain client coordination, and ensure smooth deployment of security personnel at client sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise security guards and field officers at various client sites.

• Ensure proper deployment, attendance, shift management and discipline of security staff.

• Conduct regular site visits and inspections.

• Coordinate with clients regarding security requirements and operational issues.

• Handle staff shortages, replacements and emergency situations.

• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly operational reports.

• Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Coordinate with HR and management for recruitment, deployment and replacement of staff.

• Train and brief security personnel regarding site instructions and duties.

• Ensure proper uniform, grooming and discipline of deployed staff.

• Handle client complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and site representatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in security services / facility management / operations.

• Good communication and team-management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple client sites and field staff.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp and reporting.

• Problem-solving and decision-making ability.

• Must be willing to travel to different client sites in Noida/Greater Noida.

• Security industry experience will be preferred.
