Sales & Marketing Executive (Female)

Department: Sales & Marketing Reports To: Sales Manager / Marketing Head Location: Janakpuri, New Delhi Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM Working Days: Monday to Saturday | 2nd & 4th Saturday Off | All Sundays Off

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and result-driven Female Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and supporting marketing initiatives to drive business growth. She should be a great communicator with a passion for sales and a flair for marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Sales

• Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, field visits, and networking

• Present and pitch products/services to potential clients in a compelling manner

• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into confirmed sales

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals

• Prepare sales reports, quotations, and proposals for clients

• Coordinate with the operations team for smooth order execution and client satisfaction

Marketing

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels

• Represent the brand at events, exhibitions, and promotional activities

• Coordinate with the design team for marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations

• Support social media marketing efforts and help with content ideation

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

• Help build and maintain the company's brand image in the market

Client Relationship Management

• Serve as the point of contact for clients and ensure timely resolution of queries

• Maintain a strong client database using CRM tools

• Build long-term professional relationships based on trust and value delivery

• Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team for product/service improvement

Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and marketing reports

• Coordinate with internal departments including design, digital, and operations

• Attend team meetings and contribute ideas for sales growth strategies

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field

• 1–3 years of experience in sales and/or marketing (freshers with good communication skills may be considered)

• Prior experience in B2B or B2C sales is an advantage

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi

• Confident, presentable, and professional demeanor

• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media is a plus

• Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage
