Make outbound calls to potential Blood Banks to introduce our RAKT SOFTWARE & book Demo sessions for the demo team.
Use the provided script to provide information about RAKT's features, etc. and present their benefits.
Ask necessary questions to understand the customer’s requirements.
As you will be the first point of contact at RAKT for the customer, ensure professional rapport building.
Persuade the customer to book demo session to understand in depth how our product meet their needs.
Ensure daily all the call activities are disposed in CLICKUP(sales crm) timely after every call.
Very crucial- Timely Follow up on leads.
Manage and track all sales activities in CLICKUP.
Achieve or exceed daily/ weekly and monthly targets for calling and demo bookings.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth sales & onboarding process.
Proven experience as telecaller or similar outbound sales role.
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone.
Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (sales CRM software).
Excellent communication- Proficient in English & Hindi.
Skilled in persuasion and rapport building.
Candidate should be persistent and results-driven.
Having software sales/ telecalling experience will be preferred.
