Role Summary
The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for generating leads, preparing quotations, following up on old quotations, and supporting sales conversion for products listed on the company website. The role requires strong communication, customer handling, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely response to inquiries and smooth order closure.
Key Responsibilities
Collect product details from the company website and use them for sales communication, quotation preparation, and customer follow-up.
Generate new leads through website inquiries, calls, emails, social media, references, and market outreach.
Prepare accurate quotations based on customer requirements, product specifications, and pricing guidelines.
Follow up on old quotations, pending inquiries, and inactive leads to convert opportunities into orders.
Maintain regular communication with customers to understand requirements, share product information, and resolve queries.
Coordinate with technical, production, and dispatch teams to ensure correct product selection, order processing, and delivery updates.
Maintain inquiry logs, quotation records, lead status, and follow-up reports.
Support sales and marketing activities to improve brand visibility and business growth.
Handle customer feedback and share market insights with management.
Required Skills
Good communication and convincing skills.
Ability to prepare professional quotations and follow-up emails/calls.
Basic understanding of sales process, lead generation, and customer relationship management.
Strong computer knowledge, including Excel, Word, email, and website-based product handling.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple inquiries at the same time.
Professional attitude and willingness to learn technical product details.
Preferred Qualification
Graduate in any discipline, preferably with experience in sales, marketing, or technical sales.
Experience in industrial products, engineering products, or B2B sales will be an advantage.
