Job Summary
Seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive to identify and cultivate new business opportunities for our manufactured products, expand market share, and drive sustainable revenue growth by building strong client relationships and understanding industry needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Market & Lead Generation: Research industry trends, identify potential new markets, and generate qualified leads for our industrial/manufacturing products.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective and key clients, understanding their operational challenges.
Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Sales & Negotiation: Present product solutions, negotiate contracts, and guide prospects through the sales funnel to secure new business.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams (production, marketing, logistics) to align strategies and ensure seamless product delivery and support.
Promotional Activities: Attend industry trade shows, expos, and events to promote products and network.
Reporting: Maintain accurate client records and track performance using CRM systems.
