Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Associate based in New Delhi. The associate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, conducting market research, and developing strategies to drive business growth. Day-to-day tasks include lead generation, client outreach, negotiation, preparing proposals, and contributing to overall business growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills for building lasting relationships and effectively engaging with clients

• Analytical and Research skills for analyzing market trends and identifying growth opportunities

• Experience in Fundraising and generating new business leads or opportunities

• Proactive and goal-oriented attitude with excellent organizational and time-management abilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

• Experience in digital marketing or related industries is a plus

• Sales knowledge is a plus

• Digital Marketing is a plus

SALARY : UPTO 35K
