We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Telecaller to assist clients in finding suitable residential and commercial properties for sale and rent. The role involves interacting with customers, understanding their requirements, coordinating site visits, and supporting the deal closure and documentation process.

🧾 Key Responsibilities
• Make and receive calls to prospective buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
• Understand client requirements such as budget, location, size, and purpose
• Suggest suitable properties for sale or rent based on client needs
• Schedule and coordinate property site visits with clients and sales team
• Regular follow-ups with clients to build trust and close transactions
• Maintain accurate CRM / lead records
• Assist in negotiation coordination between clients and owners
• Support in documentation such as:
• Agreement to Sell / Rent
• Lease Agreements
• KYC documents
• Brokerage invoices
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and relationship management

✅ Mandatory:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent in:
• English
• Kannada
• Hindi
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to client needs
• Strong listening and convincing skills
• Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, Email, Excel, CRM)
⭐ Preferred / Bonus:
• Knowledge of additional regional languages
• Prior experience in real estate / sales / telecalling (preferred but not mandatory)
