Promote petrol, diesel, lubricants, and value-added services to customers and local businesses.
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships (corporate fuel accounts, taxi/transport operators, logistics companies, etc.).
Generate and convert leads through field visits, phone calls, and follow-ups.
Develop and execute local marketing campaigns to increase footfall.
Build and maintain strong relationships with regular customers, fleet owners, and vendors.
Handle customer queries and ensure a positive customer experience.
Collect customer feedback and work with management to improve service quality.
Plan and manage promotional activities, banners, offers, and seasonal campaigns.
Coordinate digital marketing (WhatsApp campaigns, Google reviews, social media updates).
Ensure branding materials are properly displayed at the station.
Maintain daily/weekly marketing activity reports.
Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
Coordinate with the operations team for smooth implementation of marketing activities.
Bachelor’s degree (Marketing / Business Administration preferred).
1–3 years of experience in Sales / Marketing.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Field sales experience mandatory.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, WhatsApp promotions).
