We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote our products/services, generate new business opportunities, and maintain strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Meet potential customers and present company products/services.
Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and networking.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare and submit sales reports regularly.
Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
Willingness to travel for client meetings.
