Job Title: Senior FMCG Sales Executive / Sales & Marketing Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Senior FMCG Sales Executive with 5–6 years of proven experience in sales, distribution management, and market development. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in FMCG operations, capable of managing key accounts, leading market expansion, and achieving consistent sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Identify and onboard new distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners.
Manage existing accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Ensure visibility, merchandising, and availability of products across assigned territories.
Conduct market research to track competitor activities, pricing, and promotional strategies.
Drive sales growth through effective route planning and territory management.
Negotiate trade deals, pricing with channel partners.
Prepare detailed sales forecasts and performance reports.
Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to support business objectives.
Train and mentor junior sales staff when required.
Participate in trade promotions, product launches, and market activation activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
5–6 years of experience in FMCG sales.
Strong understanding of distribution networks, retail operations, and FMCG consumer dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
Proficiency in reporting systems.
