We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a passion for achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to improve performance
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance reviews
Collaborate with marketing and management teams for business growth
Roles & Duties:
Handling day-to-day sales operations
Setting individual and team sales targets
Closing deals and negotiating with clients
Managing key accounts and customer retention
Tracking team performance and providing guidance
Visiting clients (if field sales role)
Maintaining CRM and sales data records
Required Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Leadership and team management ability
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM tools
