Job Description – Primary Sales
Square Yards is a leading global Proptech (Property Technology) company, founded in 2014, offering an integrated platform for real estate and mortgages, covering search, transactions, home loans, interiors, rentals, and property management, with a strong presence in India, UAE, Australia, and Canada, known for leveraging technology like VR/AI to streamline the property journey.
The Square Yards Primary Sales Team focuses on end-to-end sales of new, developer-driven properties, managing the entire lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure. Key responsibilities include identifying prospects, conducting site visits, negotiating with buyers, and achieving monthly revenue targets through CRM-assigned
Key Responsibilities:-
Lead Management: Handling inbound and outbound leads, converting prospects through CRM.
Site Visits: Conducting site visits (typically targeting 5-6 per week) for potential buyers.
Negotiation & Closure: Managing negotiations with buyers to close sales.
Market Analysis: Keeping updated on real estate market trends to advise clients.
Client Relationship: Maintaining long-term relationships for referrals.
Qualifications & Requirements:-
Experience: 6 months to 2+ years in sales (real estate experience preferred). Freshers can also apply
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Education: Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field / Graduate from any field can also apply
Tools: Familiarity with CRM software.
Typical Compensation & Benefits:-
Structure: Fixed salary (approx. ₹3-6 Lakhs/year) + uncapped incentives.
