Job Title: Real Estate Sales Manager
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate leads and maximize conversions.

• Handle property sales for residential, commercial, and plotted development projects.

• Manage client relationships, conduct property presentations, and negotiate deals with prospective buyers.

• Monitor sales performance, lead follow-ups, site visits, and conversion rates.

• Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and generate qualified leads.

• Train and guide sales executives to improve their product knowledge, negotiation skills, and closing techniques.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, brokers, and investors.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.

• Ensure timely follow-ups, proper documentation, and a smooth customer experience throughout the sales process.

• Identify new business opportunities and explore potential markets for business growth.

• Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining professional standards and customer satisfaction.
  

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

• 3–7 years of experience in real estate sales, with prior team-handling experience.

• Strong knowledge of residential plots, apartments, commercial properties, and real estate investment products.

• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage a high-performing sales team.

• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.

• Ability to generate business through client references, channel partners, and lead follow-ups.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and basic sales reporting.

• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings, property site visits, and business development activities.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced sales environment.
